Understanding the terms behind your account and game choices

When you know what RTP means, you can compare slots. When you understand rollover, you know exactly how a promo works before you commit. When you recognise Asian handicap or over/under, you can pick the football market that fits your view of the match. These definitions give you the context to move through our lobby with confidence — whether you're opening Langkawi

Gems Slots for the first time, placing a Malaysia Super League bet, or checking why a withdrawal asks for KYC. We've kept each entry short and concrete, the way you'd explain it to a friend over teh tarik.

The six terms that appear in almost every slot and table description

These are the mechanics and percentages you'll see tagged on game cards in our lobby. Each one tells you something different about how a slot pays out or how a table game is structured.

RTP stands for Return to Player — the percentage a slot or table game is designed to pay back over millions of rounds. A 96% RTP means the game returns RM96 for every RM100 wagered on average across all players and all time.

House edge is the flip side of RTP, the house edge is 4%. Lower house edge means the game statistically favours the player more over long play

Volatility describes how often and how big a slot pays. High-volatility slots pay less frequently but offer bigger wins when they hit; low-volatility slots pay smaller amounts more often. It's about playing style, not better or worse.

Wager or turnover is the total amount you've bet across rounds. Many promos require you to wager a multiple of the bonus — for example, 10x turnover on a RM50 bonus means betting RM500 total before you can withdraw winnings.

A jackpot is a large prize pool, usually in slots, that builds from a portion of every bet until someone wins. Fixed jackpots stay the same size; progressive jackpots grow until they're triggered, then reset and start building again.

Live dealer means a real person runs the game from a studio, streamed to your screen. You see the cards dealt or the roulette wheel spun in real time, and you place bets through the interface just like you're at the table.

The terms you'll meet when betting on football or managing your wallet

These show up in our sportsbook markets and in the account and payment flows. They're the practical vocabulary for placing a Malaysia Super League bet or understanding why we ask for a document before your first cashout.

Asian handicap is a betting format that gives one team a goal advantage or disadvantage to level the odds. A -0.5 handicap means that team must win outright for your bet to pay; +0.5 means your team can draw and you still win.

Over/Under is a market where you bet on whether the total goals, points, or another stat will be above or below a line — for example, Over 2.5 goals means you win if three or more goals are scored in the match.

Rollover is the number of times you must wager a bonus amount before you can withdraw it. A RM100 bonus with 8x rollover means you need to place RM800 in total bets before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash.

E-wallet is a mobile payment app like Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, or GrabPay. You load ringgit into the app, then send it to our account number to deposit, or receive your cashout back into the same wallet within minutes.

KYC stands for Know Your Customer — the step where we verify your identity with an IC photo or a selfie before your first withdrawal. It's a one-time check to keep accounts secure and meet local payment rules.

Responsible-play limits are deposit or session caps you can set in your account settings to control how much you spend. Once you hit the daily or weekly limit you've chosen, the system blocks further deposits until the period resets.

Common questions about the features these terms describe

Now that you know what the terms mean, here's how they play out when you're actually browsing our lobby, placing bets, or moving ringgit in and out of your account.

Tap any slot card in our lobby and you'll see a detail panel with RTP, volatility, and provider name. We show this info wherever the game studio publishes it — some older titles don't expose RTP, so the field stays blank.

Yes — open any football match and you'll see tabs for Asian Handicap, Over/Under, 1X2, and other formats. Tap Asian Handicap to see only those lines; the rest collapse so you're not scrolling through every market type.

Log in, go to Account → Bonuses, and tap the active promo. You'll see how much you've wagered so far, how much remains, and which games count toward turnover — not all slots and tables contribute equally.

Most Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay deposits land in your account wallet within one minute. If it takes longer, check your app's transaction history to confirm the transfer went through, then contact live chat with the reference number.

We accept a photo of your MyKad or a clear selfie holding your IC. Upload it in Account → Verification, and our team reviews it within a few hours during business days — you'll get a message when it's approved.

You can raise, lower, or remove the limit in Account → Responsible Play. Increases usually take effect immediately; lowering or removing a limit may have a short cooling-off period to give you time to reconsider.
